Who We Are.

Our Board

  • Jane Manross

I am honored to have the opportunity to “give back”  to the Lakeside area by assisting with the many projects this organization does to enhance our community and preserve our beautiful lake.    My husband Deac and I have lived in Edinboro for almost 20 years.  Living on the lake while working from home, I happily said I had the best view of any office anywhere….and now that I am retired, I look forward to meeting more of the wonderful people who share my love for this incredible resource at upcoming Lakeside Association events!

  • Nacole Ford

My husband, Bob, and I moved to Edinboro in 2024 and remodeled one of his grandmother’s lakeside cottages. His Grandmother lived where CVS now sits and had an extensive flower garden and was well known in the Boro. His mother grew up in Edinboro and met his father at Edinboro University. Bob spent many summers on our lake and has very fond childhood memories. I’m from Chautauqua County and have always enjoyed giving back to my community. I look forward to being active with Lakeside and doing what I can for this welcoming community.

  • Jane Crawford

I grew up on Edinboro Lake…our family was year-round residents enjoying all four seasons.  But, the summers were the BEST….swimming, biking, fishing, waterskiing….and reconnecting with friends who lived in Erie or Pittsburgh.  I moved away to teach near Hershey, but my heart always came HOME to the lake.  Fast forward 34 years…I chose to retire on Lakeside moving into my childhood home.  I couldn’t be happier!

  • Pat Davis

Having found a great location on the great lake Edinboro in 2009, I moved to Edinboro in 2011. Soon after moving, I joined ELA and have been on the board since 2013.

  • Annette Smith

I have lived on Lakeside for 30 years. I love it here because everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the lake and once you spend time here you’ll find out there are more reasons than just the water to love!

  • Sharon Larimer

My roots in Edinboro go back to the summers of my youth — swimming, boating, fishing, waterskiing — enjoying the idylic pleasures of a childhood spent on Lakeside — my “happy place”! So, when my husband, Rick, and I retired four years ago, I found my way back. And he followed me. We built a permanent home on Lakeside and, as the newest board member, I’m motivated to continue to make Lakeside a happy place for all!

  • Kathy Sibbald

I've lived in rural Edinboro for 30 years with my husband and our two children. About 7 years ago, we purchased a cottage on lakeside to begin our retirement transition. I became a board member in 2021 and love supporting this wonderful community!

The Edinboro Lakeside Association is a non-profit organization that exists to preserve, protect, & promote Edinboro Lake.

Our membership base enjoys what Edinboro has to offer and proudly supports our organization. We focus on beautifying the lakeside area and getting the community involved. May through September is our busy season as we hold outdoor concerts, water activities, fundraisers and celebrations.
